SERRC's Technology Operations Director will tour your entire facility, photo-documenting all physical technology, network devices, overall systems performance and configurations. In addition, interviews with key staff and discussions about general district operations help give a clearer understanding of how things work in your district.

From the data gathered comes the composition of a document which outlines what you have, how it is used, and makes recommendations based not only on the technology available today but on your district's unique needs, talents, assets, and intentions.
