Medicaid Billing
SERRC’s Special Education Services can now help your district generate money by facilitating the Medicaid fee for services billing process for speech services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and mental health services.
This service enables school districts to electronically manage the process of collecting Medicaid revenues. Designed specifically for service delivery staff, this service empowers therapists and education professionals with a system that easily manages and documents Medicaid-eligible services.
Components of SERRC’s Medicaid Services include:
- Technical support for the enrollment process
- Training for therapists who will enter the billing information
- Assistance regarding documentation of actual billing
- A user-friendly, web-based format
In the continual search for additional money to fund or augment the delivery of mandated special education services, SERRC’s Medicaid Billing Services (in tandem with its business partner InfoHandler) can capture treatment information, electronically submit claims, and deliver funds to the district.
