Maintenance Management
Since 2002 SERRC has provided assistance to school districts in complying with 4 AAC 31.013, the preventive maintenance and facility management regulations that relate to AS 14.11.011, the grant applications statute.
Our computerized maintenance management program now serves more than half of the school districts in Alaska. This system is an effective and cost-efficient program that enables districts to meet their individual maintenance requirements. It provides continuity of service as district staff turnover occurs. Our maintenance work order reports achieve the maximum possible points for CIP grant applications.
