FREE APRIL COMPUTER CLASSES
Introduction to Computers
Meets Monday and Wednesday evenings, April 2 – April 30 from 5:00-7:00 P.M.
This course is designed for beginning students or those needing a refresher in the basics of computer operation; it will cover everything from turning on computer to file management, introduction to common programs and using the internet and web-based email. This is a great class if you are a beginner or timid in your use of the computer.
Introduction to Using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
Meets Tuesday and Thursday evenings, April 1 – April 29, from 5:00-7:00 P.M.
This course is designed for students wanting to learn the basics of creating, formatting and incorporating basic formulas into spreadsheets. This is one of our most popular classes; these skills are requested by many employers.
Job Search, Resume Creation, Using ALEXsys, Keyboarding and Open Lab Computer Training
Mondays 9:00-11:00 A.M. and Tuesdays 8:30-10:00 – this will be in an open lab/instructor type format
Thursdays April 3 & 17 from 10:00 A.M.-noon
