Facilities Services
SERRC’s Facilities Services offers a wide-array of maintenance and construction services that help districts keep their schools safe and in compliance with state regulations. SERRC Facilities program continues to reinvent itself in an effort to provide complete and affordable school facility planning services. Recently, the agency’s facilities services submitted 74 Capital Improvement Project (CIP) grant applications in behalf of 19 school districts that totaled out to more than $800,000,000.
