Alaska Airlines offers a discounted airfare for All-Alaska Academy participants!

5% discount on all published fares. Discounts are not valid on promotional fares. Refunds and reissues are allowed per the fare rules and will be charged a $50 fee. All other fare rules and restrictions apply.

This special Alaska Airlines fare might help you with transportation costs, or you may look into Alaska Airlines constituent fares, which offer a discount on tickets to Juneau during the legislative session. You use constituent travel by getting an e-certificate code, which appears in individual mileage accounts. Districts can request the Constituent Fare E-certificate code from students and teachers who have mileage plan accounts and are attending an All-Alaska Academy session, and plug them into their travel reservations.

Ground transportation:
Once you arrive in Juneau, either by airplane or ferry, the Holland America-Princess/Alaska bus or van will pick you up.  Either in a bus or van. If your flight is delayed, you should notify them directly by calling Bill at 723-2430 and arranging a new pick-up time. If you arrive later than 11:00 pm, you can take a cab to Juneau International Hostel, 6th and Harris, and we will reimburse you. The cost of ground transportation is part of your tuition. If you will be arriving early or staying longer in Juneau, you can rent a car, take a cab, or take the Capital Transit bus to get around.
