All-Alaska Academy
Application & Permission Packet
Please download the All-Alaska Academy Permission Packet and copy one for each student who will be attending. Packets are due on or before the day your session beings. Mail or fax (907-463-3811) them to SERRC so they arrive before your session or bring them with you. No student is allowed to participate without a signed permission packet.
In addition, if students choose to try rock climbing as an optional evening activity they will need a waiver signed by a parent/chaperone for "The Rock Dump." You can download this document from their website at www.rockdump.com.
