Students
You’re in for a week of fun and learning!
Meeting other Alaskan students, working on projects, visiting interesting places, learning about other communities, completing interesting and fun activities, eating, playing. . . these are some of the things you will do during your week in Juneau.
How you will get here:
Your school district will make plane or ferry arrangements, and you will be picked up by a Princess Tours van. Plan to be here Sunday evening, because we begin early Monday morning. Our session ends at 2:00 pm on Friday, and your district can arrange transportation any time after that.

Where you will stay:You will stay at the Juneau International Hostel located at 614 Harris St., Juneau, AK 99801, telephone 586-9559. The hostel is a very nice, large house in downtown Juneau that accommodates over 40 guests in dormitories of six to ten beds each. You will be following hostel rules and completing chores each day. Your teachers or SERRC chaperones will also stay there. Check out the hostel at www.juneauhostel.net.
About food:
All meals will be provided for you beginning Sunday evening and ending with Friday lunch. If you arrive before Sunday evening or stay after Friday lunch, meals are your responsibility. You can bring extra money for special snacks if you like.
